I have a lot of respect for water.
It is one of the most powerful forces on earth. It nourishes life and it destroys it. It has the ability to wipe out villages and can erode rock. Nothing can stop it from seeping under doors or pouring from the sky. It can take various forms, from the soothing wave to the avalanche of snow.
This painting was a study of its grace.
